If you're not 100% satisfied with your pet food or treats, you can contact our friendly customer service team to issue a return.

Give our customer service team a call at 1.800.705.2111, or email us at customercare@sunshinemills.com and we'll walk you through how to return your items.

Also, if the product you received is incorrect or damaged we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Sunshine Pet Store does not take ownership of returned items until the item arrives at our designated address. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Sunshine Pet Store does not take ownership of the refunded item.
